I began my journey into consciousness over a decade ago. My spirited path was full of synchronistic events that showed up at the right time and guided me to find my life purpose. Knowing my purpose for this life, I was able to align my decisions, goals and work in ways never before possible. To know my life has meaning and why I am here has been the greatest gift. And, along the way, I developed a set of skills to help others discover their life purpose.

Experience & Skills

I am a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching or IPEC.  I am also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.  As a life coach, I am committed to assisting others find the wisdom within themselves and remember who they really are.  Through coaching, I empower my clients to create joy, love and prosperity in their lives and the lives of those they touch.  I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Chicago Coach Federation chapter.

I am certified by Sonia Choquette as a Level III Six Sensory Practitioner™. This intensive graduate course in intuitive and metaphysical studies took place over three years. When doing life purpose readings and coaching, I am able to bring in an intuitive component that enhances the experience for my client.

I am trained in the LifePrints® hand analysis system developed by Richard Unger, founder of the International Institute of Hand Analysis. Based on scientific research and his reading of over 52,000 hands, this accurate process interprets fingerprint patterns to reveal a person’s life purpose and life lesson. Hand Analysis has been the basis of my work and I find it immensely fulfilling to provide someone with this critical puzzle piece.

In addition, I am a graduate of the Hoffman Process, an intensive 8-day program that can only be described as soul work. Not only has this process made me aware of and released many of my negative patterns but it has deepened the coaching experience for clients when we are able to identify patterns blocking them from living their magnificent spirits.

Background

My formal schooling includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Marquette University and a Masters in Management from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. I have over a decade of experience in sales, marketing and management in the corporate worlds of banking, small business start ups and telecommunications. My experience makes me uniquely qualified to relate to and coach small business owners in bringing their true life purpose more fully into their business.
