If you want to do something you’ve never done before, you have to become someone you’ve never been before.  Shifting you at your level of being rather than your level of doing is where permanent change can occur.  Bringing clients to a new level of consciousness about themselves is the center for all change.

Trained by The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, I focus on your energy, beliefs, values and intentions.   The power behind coaching is in the alliance between the coach and the client.  Together we develop a plan for your best life and implement it together.

My coaching  requires a 6 month commitment of weekly 30 minute sessions conducted either in person, by phone or skype.  Monthly cost is $400.00
