As a Certified Professional  Coach (ACC) with a wealth of experience in start ups, mid size and large corporations, I provide soft skill and leadership coaching to managers.  Specifically geared to managers who may have excellent hard skills but lack emotional intelligence, I work within your organizational boundaries to personally develop and grow your team.

I am certified to administer and coach on the Leadership Assessment Index, an online tool developed to dig into the thoughts and leadership energy a client holds to be true.  Over 95% of the U.S. workforce resides in levels one and two or what is known as catabolic energy.  A destructive force in organizations and individuals, this energy can be shifted into anabolic, or creative, energy with the right tools, coaching and skills.
